LEISEK, FRIEDRICH (sometimes named FRANZ). (Austr.). Mintengraver and Medallist (K. K. Münzamt-Medailleur) at Vienna, 1868-1892; died there in 1898. The bust of the Emperor Francis Joseph on the silver currency of Austria and Hungary (VII. type), issued from 1872 to 1892 and later, was cut by this successful Engraver.
