PASCAL, FRANCOIS MICHEL (French). Contemporary Sculptor, born at Paris, 29. September 1810, died there in January 1882; pupil of David d'Angers; entered the Ecole des Beaux Arts on 1. October 1828. He obtained a medal of the Third Class in 1847, and another of the Second Class in 1848. Besides numerous works of sculpture, this artist has also produced some Portrait-medallions: 1833. M.
