GVIDIZZANI occurs on three medals : Bartolommeo Colleone, Condottiere of Bergamo, 1400- 1475 ; — Orsato Giustiniani, Procurator of Sr. Mark at Venice, 1459-1464; — Pasquale Malipieri, Doge of Venice, 1457-1462. It occurs on a beautiiul Portrait-medal of Luther, 1521, which is copied from an engraving by Höpfner, not by Cranach, as stated by Erman, in Deutsche Medailleure, p. 48. A specimen of this medal, from the Völcker Collection, was sold for 2705 Marks at the Sale of the Wunderly-von Muralt Collec- tion (Part IV, April 1900).
